Seasonal Camper

Happy Canada Day!

Happy Weekend Everyone!

We have a bunch of events planned for you this weekend.  The band Figure Four is coming back on Saturday night and we have FIREWORKS on Sunday to celebrate the best country in the world!

We also have a new (sort of new) event planned for you!  We’re holding a CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT on Saturday, JUNE 27, 2026 but we are adding a Seasonal Camper twist.  Play at least 3 of the 6 games we have planned this summer for ranking.  The team with the best ranking wins over all!  Play for the bragging rights as well as the prizes!  You have a chance to win up to 6 prizes and the BIG GRAND PRIZE!

DON’T FORGET TO CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE CALENDAR FOR WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE PARK!

We’ve had some inquiries about the different vehicles that can be used in the campground.  Specifically the e-bikes and e-scooters.  As with all rules and policies at the campground, we try to follow the actual laws.  Please click on the blue links for more information.

E-BIKES

When riding an e-bike, you must:

  • be 16 or older
  • wear an approved bicycle or motorcycle helmet
  • keep your e-bike in good working order
  • follow the same rules of the road as other cyclists

Removing the pedals makes the e-bike a motor vehicle, which requires a licence, insurance and registration to operate. It is also illegal to modify your e-bike’s electric motor to make it more powerful or to increase the assisted speed of the bike.

If the vehicle doesn’t fall under an E-Bike, it will fall under a motor vehicle, with all of the requirements.

E-SCOOTERS

To ride an e-scooter in the pilot program, you must:

  • be at least 16 years old
  • remain standing while riding
  • wear a bicycle helmet if you are under 18

You cannot carry passengers or cargo.

We still have a lot of Welcome Packages at Guest Services.  Please make sure to pick yours up, if you haven’t already.  We will be implementing fees for any cars and golf carts without stickers past July 1st and will not allow access to anyone whose account is not up to date, including revoking gate passes.

Thank you and Happy Canada Day!
