AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF WINDMILL POINT PARK & CAMPGROUND.  WATERPARK RULES ARE POSTED AT THE BEACH AND INCLUDED IN THE CAMPING AGREEMENT.

PLEASE NOTE: Waterpark is for 6 years+

Use of life jackets are mandatory when using the waterpark and any water crafts (i.e. kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, etc…). Life jacket daily rental fee is $10.00.  Deposit is $40.00/life jacket and $30.00 is refunded upon return of the same lifejacket.  This is a daily rental only and must be returned at the end of the day.

Waterpark and water rules and regulations are posted around the campground.

CAMPING RATES ARE BASED ON A MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 6 – 2 ADULTS AND UP TO 4 CHILDREN, 17 YEARS AND YOUNGER. THE USE OF THE WATERPARK IS INCLUDED FOR ALL REGISTERED CAMPERS, DURING DAILY OPERATING HOURS, WEATHER PERMITTED.

A refundable extended check-out fee will be automatically charged for every completed non-serviced reservation.

$10.00 for single adult camper.

$20.00 for 2 people per site.

$30.00 for 3-6 people per site.

Check-out is 11a.m.  If you choose to check out before 11a.m., your extended check-out fee will be refunded when you return your wristbands and car passes.  If you wish to enjoy our facilities until 9p.m., on day of check-out, we will keep your fee as your discounted day admission but we request that you please move off your site so we can prepare for the next campers checking in.

Ask us about our Early Check-In!   For only $30.00 you can come in earlier than the 2pm check in.  This is subject to site availability on the day of check in or check out.  Contact us for more information.

Cancellation/Change of Date Policy

MORE THAN 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE: The cost of your first night stay, plus tax,  will be changed to a credit on your account to use for future reservations and an additional $20.00 cancellation fee will be applied.  The reservation fee is non-refundable.

BETWEEN 1-4 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE: The cost of your first night stay and the reservation fee, plus tax is non-refundable and an additional $20.00 cancellation fee will be applied. 

LESS THAN 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE: No refunds for any cancellations and change of date is not permitted.

CHANGE OF DATE/CANCELLATION: A $20.00 administration fee plus tax will be applied to any cancellations and change of date requests including shortening your stay for requests more than 7 days prior to your check in date. No change of date permitted less than 1 week prior to your check in date. All payments are non-refundable once you are checked in.  We cannot cancel or change the date of your reservation for inclement weather.

This pet and smoke free, 2 bedroom 12×40 park model RV is on Waterfront Site 208 which backs onto our beautiful quarry.  It has a full queen size bed in the master bedroom and a twin over twin bunkbed in the second bedroom to comfortably sleep a family of 4.

It includes:

  • Fully equipped kitchen with  pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery.
  • gas range, full size refrigerator and microwave.
  • 4 chair dining set
  • Leather sofa and coffee table with digital antenna TV
  • Full 4 piece bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bathtub.
  • air conditioning and heating
  • wooden deck with 6 chair outdoor patio set with umbrella
  • Propane BBQ for cooking
  • a firepit with 4 Muskoka chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: BEDDING AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, as well as other personal items. (i.e. Please pack as if you are going tent camping, but you have a very nice tent to sleep in – bring everything!!)

Two week maximum for all reservations.  If you would like to book a longer stay, please contact us.

Add 13% HST Tax to all prices. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars, US exchange given. Reservations suggested for camping, scuba groups and for groups of any kind. Occupants, receipts, car passes and wristbands  are non-transferable. Please enjoy our facilities at own risk. Recreational Vehicles must have a grey-water & black-water holding tanks. Generators not permitted unless required for medical reasons and approved by Windmill Point Park & Campground. Rates and rules are subject to change without notice. No refunds.
