FINAL CLOSING UPDATES

Thank you again for another wonderful season.

Just a little bit of housekeeping …

Please make sure that any garbage or recycling that you want to dispose of to close your trailer is only household refuse.  Please contact Jerry (905-327-4338) to inquire about rates and fees for any larger items such as mattresses, patio furniture, bbqs, etc….

As you all know, we also strongly encourage GRASSCYCLING and leaving the falls leaves to provide nutrients for your gardens and lawns.  (Please click HERE for more information)  If you would like to rake up your leaves to clean your sites, please bag them up and use the garbage bins to dispose of your grass clippings and leaves.  Please do not dump them in the wooded areas behind the premium sites. That property does not belong to Windmill.

This is also the last call for completing the winter storage agreement and the winterizing forms.  We need to start planning our fall work and need to make sure we have enough anti-freeze for all of the trailers we are closing this year and that all trailers are winterized before the frost.  Windmill will not be responsible for any trailers that were not winterized due to the winterizing request submitted too late.

We will also be sending out the last hydro invoice for the year.  There are still a number of outstanding invoices from August.  Please make sure to submit your payments before we close on October 15th.

WAYS TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNT:  If you would like to login to your CampLife account but don’t have a password yet, please use the email address that we send your invoices to then follow the instructions to RESET PASSWORD.  You can also visit us at Guest Services to pay, send an e-transfer to info@windmillpointpark.com or text Ellie at 905-327-1584 to authorize us to use your credit card on file.  If you have more than 1 credit card, please give the last 4 digits of the one you would like us to use.

That leads us to our closing date. 🙁   We officially close at 12NOON on Wednesday, October 15th.  Please ensure that you are checked out by then.  We cannot allow anyone entrance into the campground after this date, unless it is for emergency reasons, for which you will be contacted, or for pre-arranged dates for RV related matters.  (i.e. new trailer is moving in)

 

AVAILABLE SITES FOR THE 2026 CAMPING SEASON:

We have 7 sites available for the 2026 camping season.

These sites will be available to Seasonal Campers until 12 midnight, Sunday, October 12, 2025.  If you are interested in any of the sites, please text Ellie at 905-327-1584 to let us know.  Your RV must be no older than 10 years, the site must be able to accommodate the length of your RV and your account with Windmill Point Park & Campground must be in good standing and up-to-date.  If more than one Seasonal Camper is interested in the site, we will award the site in order of seniority. Under certain circumstances, if the original Seasonal Camper awarded the site cannot move, then the site will be offered to the next eligible Seasonal Camper.   If no existing Seasonal Camper is interested, we will offer the site externally to our waiting list, then the general public.

PREMIUM SITE 10:  For sale are a 2020 JAYCO EAGLE 334RLOK, deck, shed, gazebo and other articles for $74,500.00. The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Premium Site relocation fee of $1130.00 ($1000.00+tax).  The remaining balance will be due on the closing date and camping fees will be adjusted accordingly.

PREMIUM SITE 15:  For sale are a 2021 KEYSTONE RESIDENCE 40LOFT, deck with gazebo, shed and other articles for $85,000.00. The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Premium Site relocation fee of $1130.00 ($1000.00+tax).  The remaining balance will be due on the closing date and camping fees will be adjusted accordingly.

PREMIUM SITE 50:  For sale are a 2020 JAYCO JAYFLIGHT BUNGALOW 40LOFT, deck with pergola and TV, shed, golf cart and other articles for $99,000.00. The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Premium Site relocation fee of $1130.00 ($1000.00+tax).  The remaining balance will be due on the closing date and camping fees will be adjusted accordingly. 

REGULAR SITE 53:  For sale are a 2016 Starcraft Travel Trailer, deck and shed for $38,950.00. The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Regular Site relocation fee of $565.00 ($500.00+tax).  The remaining balance will be due on the closing date and camping fees will be adjusted accordingly.

REGULAR SITE 59:  There are no articles for sale with this site.  The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Regular Site relocation fee of $565.00 ($500.00+tax).  Your camping fee will be adjusted accordingly.

PREMIUM SITE 71:  For sale is a deck for $5000.00.  The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Premium Site relocation fee of $1130.00 ($1000.00+tax). Your camping fee will be adjusted accordingly.

PREMIUM SITE 84:  For sale are a 2016 FREEDOM EXPRESS, MAPLE LEAF EDITION TRAVEL TRAILER, shed, golf cart and other articles for $67,000.00. The only fee required to be paid immediately upon the site being awarded will be the Premium Site relocation fee of $1130.00 ($1000.00+tax).  The remaining balance will be due on the closing date and camping fees will be adjusted accordingly.
